2024 is shaping up to be a dynamic year for HR Modernization efforts—including the go-live of myURHR. Following a thorough analysis of many factors and intersecting projects, myURHR’s go-live is shifting from spring 2024 to fall 2024. The added time will allow the project team more time to engage University members in preparing for the transition to myURHR, as well as test and verify Workday and UKG (the two market-leading software programs that will power myURHR) effectively meet the needs of all faculty, staff, student workers, and other University members. Be on the lookout for more communications and engagement activities as we prepare for myURHR, the University’s modern HR workspace replacing HRMS.
